Keep gambling in control: limits, warning signs, self-exclusion and where to get help in the Philippines.
21+ only. Gambling is paid entertainment with a real risk of losing money. It is not a way to earn income or pay off debts.

Keep it in control
- Decide your budget before you start, and only use money you can afford to lose — never money for rent, food, bills or school.
- Set deposit, loss and time limits in your account. Licensed operators must offer these tools.
- Never chase losses, and never borrow, use credit or pawn things to gamble.
- Take regular breaks. Avoid gambling when you are stressed, upset, or after drinking.
- Treat bonuses with care: wagering requirements can make you bet far more than you planned. Use our bonus calculator first.
- Keep gambling apps off shared devices and away from anyone under 21.
Warning signs
It may be time to stop and get support if you:
- spend more money or time than you intended, again and again;
- chase losses or feel you must win money back;
- borrow, sell things or skip bills to keep playing;
- hide your gambling from family or lie about it;
- feel anxious, irritable or low when you try to cut down;
- neglect work, study or the people around you.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion blocks you from playing for a period you choose. You can ask any licensed operator’s responsible-gaming team to exclude you, or apply to PAGCOR’s Online Self-Exclusion Application (osea.pagcor.ph). Family members can also ask about excluding a relative. Our guide on PAGCOR self-exclusion explains the steps.
For family and friends
Gambling harm affects the people around the player too. Talk calmly, avoid lending money for gambling, and call the helpline yourself for advice — it is open to family members.
Our part
We show only operators with a verified license, show every bonus with its conditions, never use “sure win” language, and keep a 21+ notice on every page. Read our standards.
